Economist · Consultant · Researcher
About me
I work on problems where data alone is not enough.
I am an economist, strategy and analytics consultant, and applied researcher with experience across fintech, investment, management control, strategic planning, product analytics and digital environments.
I help organisations frame the right questions, build reliable evidence and translate complex information into decisions that improve performance, reduce uncertainty and create long-term value.
My work combines economic reasoning, business judgement, analytics, cloud data systems and applied artificial intelligence. I can move from executive-level diagnosis and KPI design to the analytical architecture required to make a solution reliable, scalable and useful in practice.
This combination allows me to connect leadership priorities with the data, systems and teams responsible for executing them.
Alongside my professional work, I develop applied economic research on prediction markets, financial instability, artificial intelligence, compute economics, automation and the future of work. I am particularly interested in questions that connect technological change with economic behaviour, organisational decisions and social outcomes.
What I bring
Strategic advisory
Structuring ambiguous business problems, identifying the decisions that matter and defining clear courses of action.
Decision intelligence
Designing KPI frameworks, management systems and executive analytics that turn fragmented information into reliable evidence.
Data and AI strategy
Connecting business objectives with scalable data environments, automation and responsible applications of artificial intelligence.
Economic and financial analysis
Applying economic reasoning, quantitative methods and financial analysis to evaluate scenarios, incentives, risks and opportunities.
Research and thought leadership
Developing original research and analytical perspectives on emerging economic, technological and financial questions.
Cross-functional execution
Bridging leadership, business and technical teams to move initiatives from diagnosis and design to implementation.
How I work
Clarity before complexity. Decisions before dashboards. Systems before isolated deliverables.
I approach every initiative by first understanding the decision, the economic context and the organisational objective. Technology is then selected and designed around that purpose — not the other way around.
Selected capabilities
Let's talk
I consider selected consulting engagements, research collaborations and high-responsibility professional opportunities where analytical depth, strategic judgement and rigorous execution can create meaningful value.
